Shipping Fees and Policies

Shipping fees are calculated based on orders with more than one main item, shipping fees may vary and you may be subject to additional shipping charges which you would be notified of prior to us billing your credit card. Oversized products may be subject to additional shipping fee. (Mondo d.o.o.) will always make every attempt possible to deliver product (s) ordered on time. (Mondo d.o.o.) is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers. (Mondo d.o.o.) bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: Weather storms, Employee Strikes or any other complications Caused on behalf of our affiliated shipping carriers. Please note that the selected shipping method is only guaranteed from the date of shipment.

While executing on line purchase, customers accept charging of their credit cards.

With the purchase of event tickets there is no shipping thus no shipping fee applies. There is only charge of credit card fee. Tickets are e-tickets which shall be delivered to customers via e-mail and are exchangeable at the venue for proper festival ticket/wristband.

Tickets are not transferable. Only the person whose personal data are written on the confirmation of purchase can exchange it for festival ticket or wristband. According to that, all customers must have a printed confirmation of purchase and have a valid picture ID which corresponds to the purchaser name on the confirmation of purchase.

Invoices for tickets and VIP tables shall be sent to customers via e-mail. (Mondo d.o.o.) shall not bear any responsibility if the customer gives wrong or invalid e-mail address.

Return Policy/Procedures (Mondo d.o.o.) will accept a return only of damaged goods. For all event tickets all sales are final and no returns are possible. All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 5% of the total transaction charge. Returns are processed in the order in which they are received.Return processing may take up to 7 business days from the time your return is received. Returns that require a refund may take an additional 5-7 business days before a credit is applied to your charge card, account. All returns must include all merchandise or services sold under the same order number and invoice. Please understand these orders are often sold as kit/ packages and we cannot resell those items independently. We will therefore not accept partial order returns, regardless of the reason for return, unless specifically authorized by us in writing.

In the case of event/act/festival cancelation from the side of the artist or for any other reason whatsoever, customers that purchased the ticket via cannot ask for the refund. (Mondo d.o.o.) is not responsible in any way nor is obliged to refund any purchases due to any reasons which result in event/act/festival cancelation.

You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to (Mondo d.o.o.) arising from any product sold on the (Mondo d.o.o.) website shall be the price of the product ordered. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall (Mondo d.o.o.), its officers or other representatives be held liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to harm to equipment and/or personal injury or death arising out of the use, or the inability to use a product sold on this site.

Currency conversion

All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. (Mondo d.o.o.) reserves the right to limit quantity on any and all products. We may contact you regarding adjustments to your order, including but not limited to tax and shipping. If any adjustments are made to your order you will be informed via an email prior to us billing you. The charges at checkout may not be final, pricing and availability is subject to change without notice. (Mondo d.o.o.) reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Please be aware that all calls may be monitored and/or recorded for quality and training purposes.

All tickets sold over are electronic tickets and are not send in physical form but are accessible in the account of the customer at and/or is sent by email. (Mondo d.o.o.) is in no case responsible for loss of information by the customer nor is required to prove delivery of the email or arrival of purchased product to the customer. If the customer has any doubt about the validity and arrival of purchased eticket or product or has any other complaint he/she should contact us via provided contact information at latest 3 days before the event. Any complaints after the event has passed will not be accepted.

We are not in any case responsible to prove or monitor whether the client used his eticket on spot. We are not collecting nor registering exchange of etickets for festival wristbands on spot and thus are not responsible how or if the client will use his rights guaranteed with the purchase of eticket.

Typographical Errors

While we make every effort to ensure the products information and pricing on our website is accurate and current, there may be instances where inaccurate or incomplete data is displayed. In the event that item data is incorrect, such as listed with an incorrect price, availability, or with incorrect information, (Mondo d.o.o.) shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event an item is mispriced, (Mondo d.o.o.), at our sole discretion, will do one of the following:

  1. If an item is priced lower then the displayed price, you will be charged the lower amount and we will ship the item.
  2. If an item is priced higher than the stated amount, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue you a full refund.

We reserve the right to correct and/or update the content on our website at anytime without notice.

Sales Tax/ International orders (Mondo d.o.o.) shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for all orders.

International orders may be subject to local import fees, customs, duty, or additional taxes in the country of destination. (Mondo d.o.o.) is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice on import fees, duty, customs, or taxes that you may have to pay when your merchandise arrives. (Mondo d.o.o.) recommends that you contact your customs import office for more information about potential charges. (Mondo d.o.o.) is not responsible for any taxes, duty, customs fees or shipping charges on any item being returned.

In the case of cancelation from the side of the artist, customers that purchased the ticket via can ask for the refund via email and the refund will be sent to the same paymant method they used when purchasing the ticket. Credit card charges and bank fees that were applied when (Mondo d.o.o.) received the paymant, either from the customers bank or (Mondo d.o.o.) bank, will be deducted from the refund.

In the said cases we will accept refund claims no later than 10 days after the event. Refund claim must be sent via registered post to address: MONDO d.o.o., Cvjetno naselje III. 23, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia (ATTN: for The date on the registered letter will be used to calculate the time of sending the refund claim. (Mondo d.o.o.) is not responsible in any way nor is obliged to refund any purchases due to any vis major (natural disasters, wars...) situations which can result in act/festival cancelation.

Final notices

By acceptance of this Terms and Conditions, every Client gives Mondo his or hers permission to use photographs and videos made during visit at Mondo facilities (the photographs and videos could include every Client) for promotional and commercial use. Mondo does not take any responsibility for the behavior of other Clients and damages Clients might cause to each other during at the Location.
