Cascada
Cascada is a German dance-music project formed in 2004 in Bonn. The group originally consisted of lead singer Natalie Horler and producers DJ Manian (Manuel Reuter) and DJ Yanou (Yann Peifer). Their unique blend of Eurodance, pop, and club sounds quickly set them apart, establishing Cascada as one of the most successful and recognizable dance acts to emerge from Germany.
The group achieved global fame with the release of “Everytime We Touch” in 2005, a single that became an international hit and propelled their debut album of the same name to commercial success. Cascada continued to dominate charts with tracks such as “Miracle,” “What Hurts the Most,” and “Evacuate the Dancefloor,” each showcasing the powerful vocals of Natalie Horler paired with high-energy, anthemic production.
Over the years, Cascada’s sound evolved from classic Eurodance toward more modern dance-pop and EDM influences, allowing them to stay relevant while maintaining the emotional, melodic core that fans loved. With millions of albums and singles sold worldwide, the group ranks among the best-performing European dance acts of the 2000s and 2010s.
Although Cascada began as a collaborative trio, Natalie Horler gradually became the face of the project. Her strong stage presence, distinctive voice, and charismatic performances contributed greatly to the project’s identity and international appeal. Today, Cascada remains synonymous with euphoric, dance-floor-ready hits that continue to be played at clubs, festivals, and nostalgic pop parties around the world.
